Franchise Manager - Luxury Accessories
After growing steadily over the past twenty years, this luxury British accessory brand is now fast expanding globally. With long term backing from supportive investors, the label has performed beyond expectations over the past three years and as a result has built an enviable platform from which to develop into new international markets. The product is exceptionally well known for its distinctive and quirky styling and it generates excellent press coverage.
A clear business plan is now in place to open a number of stores in Asia over the next five years and also to secure partners in other parts of the globe. Working with the Business Development Director, this exciting new role will give a great deal of autonomy to manage the relationship and day-to-day support of all franchisee and retail licensee partners. With the first store opening at the end of the year, this role is vital to monitor critical path from signing the agreement to the opening day and will oversee all store design and construction.
Once the store is open, the role will be responsible for compiling monthly sales analysis reports for the directors. Direct input into local marketing and PR strategy, visual merchandising and staff training are all key aspects of the position.

The candidate should come from a International Business Development background with strong strategic, analytical, communication and execution skills ideally in Asian markets. Fashion franchise experience and Asian language skills are both very beneficial but not essential in the role. The individual must possess the highest level of organisational skills and be very used to working with Asia. The position will require a candidate who is able to travel to liaise with the franchise partner several times per year.
