The role will include:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, core responsibilities will include:

CORPORATE PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
•Management of the database of corporate customers and corporate end clients.
•Managed and timed engagement with corporate customers to ensure they remain within the Brand's Corporate Programme, including on-site visits to meet with key points of contact at member organisations.
•Tracking of corporate end customer client take-up and churn rates at a local and group-wide level against targets and KPIs agreed with the Head of Marketing.
•Development of the programme at all levels, ensuring that the value proposition is marketed effectively to different types and scale of organisation, with on-going optimisation of marketing strategies.
•Project planning of associated marketing campaigns, including appropriate targeting of corporate end-clients in group-wide and local campaigns, where applicable.

CORPORATE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
•Strategic planning of acquisition activities and targeting of suitable organisations at a local, regional, and national level.
•Active formal and informal sales-based engagement of targeted organisations with the aim of acquiring them as corporate customers, including face-to-face meetings/presentations, direct postal, telephone and e-mail contact.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT
•Full ownership of the corporate marketing P&L
•Corporate marketing budget tracking, including raising purchase orders, approval of supplier invoices, and tracking of monthly expenditure.
•Integration of the commission of online and offline marketing activities into the corporate marketing budget.
•Annual corporate marketing budget planning, working in conjunction with overall marketing budget planning (owned by the Head of Marketing), including Cost-Benefit Analyses for all corporate marketing activities.

MARKETING MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
•End-to-end management of the design, production and print for corporate offline marketing materials, including briefing, commissioning, and oversight of delivery of those materials.
•Development of corporate marketing materials across the brand's online channels, including the web site, e-mail, text, Facebook pages, Twitter feeds, and other social networks.
•Development of corporate marketing materials across the brand's offline channels, including printed materials, salon staff up selling strategy, and traditional advertising channels.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
•3+ years of experience in marketing role(s) with corporate acquisition as the primary focus.
•2+ years of experience working for a multi-channel retail organisation.
•2+ years of experience managing budgets, including management of P&L, campaign spend planning, and cost-benefit analysis.
•Previous experience of marketing strategy across both online and offline channels.
•First class presentation skills, presenting to individuals or groups up to board level.
•First class Microsoft Office skills for the development and presentation of corporate marketing material.
•Strong business acumen and comfortable working against agreed targets and KPIs.
•Must have access to car transport and be prepared to travel nationally at short notice, with occasional international travel. Preferred
•2+ years of experience of working in beauty, or fashion, or similar industry segment.
•Competent in the use of Photoshop/Illustrator/Fireworks, and handing image files for online and offline production.
