The Visual Merchandising Manager will report into the General Manager overseeing all the merchandising initiatives for permanent and promotional activities, across cosmetics and non-cosmetics.
One of the main challenges in this role is to continually meet changing business needs and creatively drive the brand image through displays. They will work closely with the other brand functions including marketing, sales and finance.
Strong commercial relationships need to be created and maintained with the major clients, internal departments, and external agencies. A proactive merchandising approach to business opportunities is essential to create a premium environment with a focus on customer's needs and sales.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar position either within fashion or beauty, will have strong familiarity and sensibility towards luxury goods and would be based at Head Office.
As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will set yourself demanding goals and demolish obstacles to achieve them. Focused on quality and attention to detail, you will not compromise standards. You will be an entrepreneur, define your own roles and constantly look for ways to exceed what has been asked.
To be eligible for this position, a valid driving license is essential.
