This is an exceptional opportunity to join a luxury brand, who have had great success in both men's and ladies' ready to wear fashion.
We require a minimum of 4 years management experience within a high end fashion retail environment, successfully managing a total annual turnover of at least £10 million and a staff headcount of 40, including managing managers. This will ideally need to be at a multi-site or regional level although candidates with experience from a high profile flagship store environment may also be considered.
We require the successful candidate to be exceptionally commercially and operationally with an excellent understanding of KPI's. Good business acumen, staff training and motivating skills as well as strong experience in performance management are also required.
We also require flawless presentation and communication skills and a driven personality.
The package for this position is a basic salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 dependant on experience plus a monthly management bonus scheme.
