Merchandiser - The Candidate:
*Experience of strategy creation and execution
*Experience of merchandising a high street brand.
*Experienced in forecasting & managing OTB
*Excellent PC skills
*Good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
*Good interpersonal skills
*Experience in motivating and managing a team
*Highly Analytical

Merchandiser - The Role:
*Work alongside the Buyer, to run and develop a department, focusing all activity on meeting customer needs and achieving bottom line results
*Manage profit performance through limiting risk and managing departmental sales performance
*Manage the supply chain to maintain and improve the flexibility from suppliers
*Motivates the team and manages individuals to achieve results
*Being able to review trend information and design direction along with extra store openings to understand growth potentials
*Using the range plan build a range that delivers the seasonal strategy
