CANDIDATES MUST BE AT MANAGERIAL MANAGER LEVEL OR SUPERVISOR LEVEL IN A FAST PACED RETAIL ENVIRONMENT AND BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE COMERCIAL AWARENESS AND ABILITY TO MANAGAGE AND MOTIVE A TEAM TO HIT TARGETS AND GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
In addition to experience you will…
* be well-spoken, well-presented and confident in selling
*Work well under pressure in a boutique selling environment with a high emphasis on individual customer service and personal shopping.
you must have ideally managed a turnover of approximately 1 million previously and a team of at least 4
* manage a team and motivate them to hit store targets and push company image.
* be a strong team player as well as being able to meet targets as an individual.
* be able to build long-lasting relationships with all customers
* be target-driven and have a clear understanding of working towards KPI's
* be motivated and obtain strong communication skills
