This company are looking for an experienced Area Manager to take on responsibility of their 46 stores and help them with their planned expansion. You WillDrive country sales and overall store health with frequent visits to stores.Work with the local partners to consistently produce excellent customer experiences through customer service and interaction, cleanliness, merchandising and atmosphere.
Communicate consistently with local partners to ensure understanding of and compliance with brand policy and procedures.
Communicate, execute and follow-up on all operational directives, marketing, visual and merchandising initiatives.Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in retail environment.
Leadership ability and proven record of developing staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProject management experience
Excellent time management and organizational skillsConfident with computers and systemsAble to travel 40-60 days of the year
