OPERATIONS MANAGER - PREMIUM RETAILER

A premium fashion retailer who are renowned for their heritage fashion are currently on the hunt for an experienced Operations Manager to join their established operations team.
Within this role you will be responsible for managing Retail Operations across both fashion lines, implementing all training programmes and documentation to support several head office departments and all stores in all capacities. You will work closely with the E-commerce, Mail Order, and Retail teams managing all communication from Head Office. You will also manage communication from Distribution Centre to all stores, along with managing Retail Calendar and Critical Path.
The ideal person must have previous operation management experience working for a similar retailer, previous management experience along with exceptional IT and presentation skills.
