*Experience working with homewares, electricals, gifts or kitchenware
*Far East sourcing experience.
*A strong understanding of critical path and the interdependencies across other areas of the business.
*Experience of leading, developing and implementing business strategies.
*Ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure.
*Able to analyse problems and provide suggested solutions.
*Good communication and influencing skills.
*Proven team leader with strong management skills.
*Strong IT skills.
