SALES ADMINISTRATOR – BEAUTY RETAIL
My client is one of its market leaders making a luxury beauty product for the mid – high end marketplace .
They are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to be based out of their Central London offices , working in a established and hard working team that distributes to all its stores and concessions and wholesalers in the UK.
The role of the Sales Order Administrator to support stores/Wholes and B2B by ensuring that all stock orders are processed and then fulfilled within the agreed lead times and in turn are invoiced on time. You will be very customer service focused answering or appropriately referring, queries from Store , Wholesale & B2B customers to their Business Development Managers Ensuring wholesale departments stock needs are being met. You will be u will be taking orders by telephone , email and fax making sure those orders are met within time and guidelines , dealing with invoices and credit notes passing relevant information on to relevant departments in addition to making sure sales reports are up to date and also passed on to relevant departments.
We are looking for candidates with previous retail Head office sales support experience . Ideally 2 years experience in this type of role and candidates who have strong communication skills , attention to detail and a hard working ethic. Strong IT skills are a must (Word,Excel,Outlook ) and any SAP experience would be a advantage .
