The Ecommerce Production Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery and smooth implementation of all updates to the brands website in terms of visuals, promotions, features/content and product ranges, ensuring it is merchandised to maximise key opportunities. The Ecommerce Production Manager will work to understand how customers are shopping and reacting to brand initiatives and optimising accordingly. They will also manage and optimise all web tools to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximise website conversion.
You will need:
- Experience in a similar role at a fashion/retail brand
- Ability to understand and react to the customers behaviour online
- Fantastic planning, organisation and communication skills
- Good understanding of web tools
