ECOMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER - Retail

They are looking for an E Commerce Marketing Manager who will have overall responsibility for driving sales, conversion and user experience through the E-commerce channel. You will manage a small team with the remit to build it up to six.
In the role you will track customer journey from customer acquisition (traffic), to engagement (lead generation), conversion (orders and revenue) and customer retention.
Overall, focused on both Acquisition and developing the online customer retention programme – to increase customer retention and drive lifetime value. You will ensure that onsite merchandising is optimised for conversion whilst delivering a fantastic customer experience.
Analyse & optimise Google Analytics to identify on-site behaviour, referral sources, marketing opportunities and trends with the Digital Channel executive. In summary, analyse campaign performance and develop strategies for growth.
The right candidate will be a commercial Online / Ecommerce Marketing Manager who has experience across all sales channels and can manage a team, preferably from a retail ecommerce background, and have a keen interest in pets (cat, dogs or both)
