Accountability for proactively managing and owning assigned Partner relationships to drive sales, profit and all associated KPI’s with Partners. Coordinating all internal TSTM departments that contribute to servicing the Partner, to ensure we drive best practice and continuous improvement and ultimately build strong relationships. Designing and delivering joint business plans to grow the accounts in support of TSTM’s strategic plans.


• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with each Partner
• Support the Commercial Director in delivering an ambitious long term growth strategy for the brands to maximise revenue opportunities, manage the cost base of the business to yield sustainable profits and provide a stable platform for the expansion of the business with assigned Partners
• Design and deliver seasonal ‘business scorecards’ for our Partners to include sales, profit, brand presence and all associated KPI’s for assigned Partner in line with Brand strategies/growth plans
• Act as an advocate for the Partner and TSTM, ensuring that both points of view are clearly communicated and understood. Regularly communicate brand vision, values, goals and ambitions with Partner
• Coordinate key meetings/communication in relation to the Partner relationship
• Develop an SLA with our Partners, ensuring that TSTM consistently deliver on promises
• Highlight opportunities and escalate issues relating to assigned partners, work with specific business areas to resolve and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement of these
• Constantly review processes/ways of working in relation to Partner to maximize efficiency and drive productivity
• Develop an effective Partner performance management programme:
o Monitoring, evaluation & reporting processes
o Comprehensive visit schedule, feedback and regular reviews
o Implement relevant partner education & support programmes
o Regular provision of information and tools, including strategic account management support and advice

• Support the Commercial Director in the negotiation of terms and agreements with new Partners, renewals or terminations of existing Partners
• Conduct regular reviews with Arcadia legal department on implementation of contracts and trademark issues
• Support market expansion

• Strong internal/external influencer. Excellent motivation and persuasion skills
• Possesses ability to build effective relationships, motivate and deliver change at all levels, up to and including Board level
• Experience of commercial account management is essential, ideally in an international business with branded sectors
• Experience of category management and leading category growth
• Experience of managing a distribution business model, where execution is owned and delivered via digital 3rd parties / wholesalers
• Experience in fashion industry preferred
• Strong planner and organiser
• Excellent negotiator with proven track record of tangible success
• Excellent listener, presenter and communicator
• Proven ability to work across multiple markets and diverse cultures
• Highly numerate, analytical and comfortable using data and insight to inform thinking and build compelling relevant commercial arguments
• Strong financial understanding e.g. Customer KPIs
