CRM Manager needed for an online luxury homeware retailer based in Guildford.
You will report directly to the Marketing Development Manager
Responsible for customer acquisition, engagement and reactivation through the creation and implementation of CRM and email strategies underpinned by a thorough understanding of the customer database and key customer segments.

Key responsibilities:
*Creates and delivers a holistic CRM strategy across multiple channels with full responsibility for implementation, review and reporting.
*Builds daily and weekly reports across the relevant channels, analyses data and implements tactics/strategy to drive traffic to the S&S website, improve CVR and customer loyalty and to meet quarterly budgets.
*Identifies and increases conversion of key customer segments driving revenue from data insight whilst improving the size/quality of our active customer's database.
*Manages all email communication including promotional campaigns, transactional, automation and all segmentation campaigns.
*Develops and launches a customer loyalty programme, and maintains different testing parameters to enable high customer uptake and engagement
*Manages the briefs for ongoing press advertisements, and takes responsibility for reporting outcomes to relevant senior team members.
*Works alongside the Merchandiser/Merch Manager to build and maintain the trading calendar.

A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
Retail ecommerce background ideal but not essential
