We are delighted to once again represent our client, an international premium apparel business with stores throughout the world. Their UK operation is currently outperforming other European regions and the drive towards retail success has created new store openings with growth and development opportunities for their employees.
The brand operates a mix of seventy full price and outlet stores in the UK, twenty-one of which are in London. The company has about 120 employees in the UK.
We currently have opportunities for two Store Managers to be based in Central London. You will manage the overall operation of your stores to ensure that productivity sales and targets are achieved and exceeded, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure that clientelling and preferred customer service programmes are actioned by all members of staff.
You will also oversee all merchandising objectives and operating standards to ensure controllable costs are managed effectively.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate current or previous success at Store Manager level within a recognised apparel brand. You should have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire your teams and be enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated.
We are looking for exciting retail talent : candidates from a premium or luxury environment who are looking to develop their skills before progressing to the next level.
Our client provides a basic salary plus sales commission and incentives that can dramatically increase your income.
