A British design service is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who is fluent in 2 European languages - English & Spanish / Italian / French or German.

Your primary focus will be dealing with customer queries over the telephone, you will also be required to respond via e-mail and online chat. It is imperative that every situation is resolved leaving the customer with a positive and professional image of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

*Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online chat.
*Handling enquiries ranging from order status, general product information, technical issues and pricing.
*Dealing with customer refunds, credits and returns requests.
*Handling customer escalations in a professional manner and transferring them to appropriate supervisor.
*Identifying opportunities for site and process improvements and communicating them to supervisor/manager.


Experience Required:

*1 year of customer service experience.
*Excellent oral and written skills in English and ideally one other European language.
*Advanced computer skills - internet and email.
