A professional and well-presented Receptionist/PA with strong secretarial skills is required to join an extremely busy and friendly recruitment office.

ABOUT THE RECEPTIONIST/PA ROLE
Maintaining the company’s professionalism at all times when dealing with clients and candidates
To answer and screen all telephone calls, taking messages, dealing with queries if possible and prioritising calls
PA duties to the Sales Director
Diary management, arranging appointments with both internal and external parties, ensuring best utilisation of time
Managing incoming emails and taking action where necessary, highlighting important issues for attention
Organising flights, accommodation, venue bookings, refreshments and itineraries for meetings where required
Preparation of requested documentation for meetings, sourced from relevant contacts in the business
Meeting and greeting of all visitors in advance of meetings
Dealing with any ad hoc administration requests that may arise
Ordering office supplies
Carrying out specific projects and research
Well-presented, polished; punctual and reliable; strict on time.
A strong communicator with impeccable oral and written communication skills.
Professional and confident manner.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
Good Knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
This position is a one year contract that could soon become permanent.
Working hours 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
