We have partnered with a dynamic beauty brand seeking an operations manager to join the business.

Purpose of Role:
The key objectives will be to act as a brand ambassador for the stores, ensuring there is operational excellence by offering commercial and administrative support. This person will execute operational plans, explaining guideline, facts, procedures and policies to all stores.

This person will also monitor sales performance and ensure that merchandise is planned carefully for all stores. There will also be a focus on promotional roll-outs, implementing seasonal 'pop up' stores, store openings, remodels and store closures.

SHOP FLOOR
*Stock supplies are sufficient in all stores (working with the Stock Administrator to ensure they order what is necessary)
*Visit all stores to review shop fit, visual merchandising, booking bug (online booking system) and stock handling

HEAD OFFICE
*Ensuring all store requests are being carried out effectively and efficiently
*Ensure all stores comply with store processes and procedures
*Ensure all stock is ordered on time so stock is always at optimum levels. Liaise with all stock suppliers and ensure good relations and effective delivery
*Weekly management of store stock adjustments and monitoring ordered items
*Manage monthly store stock (cycle) counts and communicate recounts and results to stores
*Overseeing all facilities within each store ensuring they work as they should and liaising with correct services where necessary
*Maintaining Health and Safety log books for each store and ensuring compliancy to Health and Safety standards

COMMERCIAL
*Managing budget, ensuring there is not overspending.

STORE LAUNCHES
Ensure all new stores are set up effectively and efficiently. This includes organising and overseeing the following:

*Phone Lines
*Chairs, trolleys and furniture
*Staff and Recruitment
*Stock
*Shop fitters and designers - assist and liaise with external consultants to manage new store opening and store refits efficiently
*Liaising with stores to keep everything on schedule
*Ensure that price increases and new bar codes are implemented correctly and in a timely manner
