Vohs & Co are a busy recruitment agency that provides recruitment solutions for the Fashion and Retail Sector working with head office functions including Buying & Merchandising, Technical, Shop Fitting and Design.
We have been established for 4 years and are growing rapidly. We are a young and vibrant team, looking for someone with a strong character who can have a laugh but as always be professional when it comes down to work.
You will be providing full training, full management and full support to all 6 members of the team.

- First point of contact on phone and email
- Full Administration for all Consultants in the office
- Full support on the Design side
- Full support on the Buying/Merch, wholesale and retail side
- Researching candidates through CRM and third party subscription CV Databases
- Posting suitable job vacancies on 3rd party web sites and company web-site
- Dialoguing and defining job descriptions with potential candidates
- Dialoguing potential candidates with clients
- Maintaining candidate database
- Scheduling of appointments /diaries for Talent Specialist
- Managing own schedule of events
- General office administration
- Meeting candidates and clients
- Passionate about fashion
- Strong IT skills- outlook/excel/word & database experience
- Able to work in a pressurised environment and multi task
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- Disciplined time management
