I’m looking for a Business Development Executive to join my client, a Licensed Sales Agency in London, with the opportunity of working across a variety of Premium brands within the Home and Interiors sector.

My client is a Licensed Sales Agency who boasts a fantastic portfolio of lifestyle brands supporting them with international growth through the avenue of Licensing across Fashion Apparel, Accessories, Home and Interiors.

 

About the Business Development Executive role...

This is a great role for a candidate looking to grow their experience within the industry. As a Business Development Executive the role will involve:

  • Working with and supporting the Category Manager working across a varied client portfolio as well as carrying out comp shopping and attending trade shows

  • Taking charge of the sales cycle, you will be involved with identifying gaps in the market, carrying our extensive market research to increase business opportunities either with existing or new clients

  • Understand your clients project brief and be able to source and successfully match third party businesses to go into partnership with the brands

  • You would be able to start and build successful relationships and support the management of the licensing process from end to end, including constant communication via phone and email

  • About you…

    The ideal candidate will have a background in wholesale or a client facing sales role as well as:

  • Be a proactive and enthusiastic candidate who is sales driven and confident to liaise with new and existing clients

  • Have a personable approach with your clients and able to build up strong working relationships

  • Have the self motivation to succeed, with a genuine interest in the fashion, retail and home markets.

  • Able to showcase exceptional research skills

  • Ability to work on your own as well as in a team environment and under instruction as required

  • Licensing experience is desirable but not essential.
