We have partnered with a well known Global brand to assist in the recruitment of a Head of HR based in Central London. My client is looking for a innovative, entrepreneurial self starter with a knowledge and passion for retail.

As the Head of HR you are responsible for the following:
Monitor and report on key business HR metrics, partner with the business through the provision of strategic and business-focused HR consulting support.
Ensure a motivational climate in the organisation, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development.
Developing and executing an HR strategy to support the business agenda
Real focus & Development of Retail & wholesale strategy
Partner with the Managing Director and its leadership team to develop people strategies to grow and drive the business
Review existing process, such as:
oPerformance Management
oStaff Induction
oCompensation / Benefit programs.
oCoach senior business leaders
Own entire talent management and bench marking in the Retail Services group.
Support Retail Area Managers and Store teams by offering guidance on HR related questions and concerns.
