Part - Time Administrator 3 days per week

Our client is a luxury accessories retailer, looking for a merchandise admin assistant to provide administrative support to the merchandising team for 3 days a week. You will also work across other departments within the business.

The Role:

- Responsible for stock allocation
- Investigating stock discrepancies and amending internal systems accordingly for all retail channels
- Assisting with reporting and analysis for Monday trade meetings
- Setting up new season styles on internal systems
- Managing product samples

You will be highly analytical and have experience within the Merchandising or Buying team.
You will have experience working for a major fashion retailer and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

This is a part time role for 22.5 hours per week, working hours are very flexible to accommodate the ideal candidate.
