Exciting new Community Executive role at established beauty brand, working in their digital team.
The Community Executive will be responsible for supporting the customer brand experience across social media and email. Helping to create a positive shopping experience and assist customers with advice on products. Also responsible for tracking consumer feedback for the brand teams to continuously improve future planning.
- Respond and log all consumer queries across social media and email
- Monitor and key concerns expressed by customers and feedback this data to the Community Manager
- Create a strong relationship with the brands audience on social media platforms, growing the number of Facebook and Twitter fans
- Support the launch and development of the Customer Loyalty Programme
- Stay on top of new trends in social media marketing
- Support the Head of Content on the brands content and engagement strategy
