We have been retained by our client on a new exciting position for an experienced CRM Manager to join a fast growing, design driven and exciting on-line Ladies wear brand based in the heart of London, the new CRM Manager will be responsible for all aspects of data management, working with the CEO to develop the Loyalty Strategy and lead the execution of data driven Loyalty Campaigns. Utilising key insight and data in order to segment the market to create engaging, targeted and measurable campaigns. The CRM Manager will be responsible for identifying areas and advise ways that can leverage customer understanding and engagement through developed initiatives in order to develop (IPR) Items Per Receipt, increasing ATV (Average Transaction Value) and introducing new lines and products to targeted audience/customers.
The CRM Manager will also be responsible for measuring the success of campaigns and will carry out cost benefit analysis to ensure the most cost efficient measures are being executed.
