My client seeks and experienced digital analyst to join their ever expanding ranks!

The role will focus on using data including web analytics, trading/sales reporting, channel performance and customer analysis to identify areas of improvement & growth opportunities.

After gathering this information, you will then be responsible for providing detailed insight into performance across all digital channels, and suggesting responsive and commercial strategies to improve business performance and development.

Key to this role will be the ability to notice data trends and present your analysis to the Ecommerce team. You'll need to be highly numerate with a love of data and strong Excel skills to succeed.

In addition to data analysis you will help research and implement a comprehensive test and learn programme. A good understanding of the digital space and digital marketing is essential.

Key accountabilities:
- Own the daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting ensuring accurate and timely information to the Ecommerce team
- Analyse the success of all online marketing channels and generate insights to optimise and improve results
- Use all available tools (Adobe Analytics & Hitwise) and information sources to understand our customer behaviour and help increase purchase frequency, loyalty and lifetime value
- Provide analytical research and reporting from our online channels and make recommendations to improve conversion and AOV
- Use Excel and database tools to integrate, analyse and interpret various data sources
- Drive an understanding of how to use multi-channel attribution to improve results
- Work with Ecommerce Trading team to run a comprehensive test & learn programme (A/B and MVT) across the Digital Marketing team, helping structure tests, delivering insight into results & providing recommendations for next steps

Digital Analyst - Job Description
Education and Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Solid understanding of Ecommerce, the digital environment and all associated channels
- Significant experience in data analysis and analytics preferably in Ecommerce
- Advanced knowledge and experience of various web analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google ADigital Analyst

- Advanced knowledge and experience of various web analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Hitwise
- Knowledge and experience of analysing customer data
- Experience of CRO through AB testing and MVT
- Well-developed IT, maths, analytical and problem solving skills

Previous experience in data analysis within a clothing retailer isn't essential, however favourable.

Paying up to £38,000 for the ideal candidate, this role won't stick around for long.
