Main responsibilities:

*Own all aspects of the brands website experience; be "the expert" in online
*Responsible for on-site conversion rate, making sure that all aspects of the customer experience result in sales and profitability
*Responsible for delivering the online trade plan
*Manage the key centres of excellence relating to website trade and operations
*Lead, mentor and support the web team to deliver company and personal objectives
*Manage, and be the primary escalation point for third-party suppliers relating to front-end website integration.
*Overseeing all aspects of the online customer journey
*Proposing developments and trade opportunities for the site based on KPIs and industry best practices
*Key stakeholder and influencer in business projects that impact the website
*Provide feedback and insight to the business on general website performance and customer response to trade initiatives (Customer Event, Sale launch)
*Collating customer feedback from product reviews and questions and feeding these back into the business
*Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the site is optimized for SEO and all marketing channels
*Support the Trading Manager to deliver a robust trading plan to support website demand and KPIs by season

*Considerable experience (6+ years) ecommerce trading within a comparable business
*Proven track record of delivering online sales growth within the UK market
*Experience within an online international trading environment preferred
*Key understanding of web analytics; tools, key learns and utilization of reporting to propose improvements
*Experience optimizing websites for optimal SEO performance
*Proven track record of a focus on customer experience enhancements and an ongoing desire to improve online customer journey
*Experience managing front-end website integration third party suppliers
*A strong commercial acumen; a hunger to identify opportunities to increase key performance indicators and overall web sales
*A credible, confident approach to problem solving
*Excellent stakeholder management and team working skills
