Competitive salary + Private Health Insurance + Company Pension Scheme + Professional Training

Christopher Ward London first launched in 2004, in the process establishing the world’s first exclusively online luxury watch brand. With the goal being to bring premium watches to a wide audience, the company designs all watches in-house using the finest Swiss components.

In 2014 the company made a step forward with their operations, merging with their Swiss manufacturing partners to create their very first in-house watch movement. Their watches are entirely Swiss made. As an independent watch brand Christopher Ward continues to be hugely successful, shipping worldwide while maintaining their online-only values.

We are now looking for further individuals to join the team as a Watch Technician to take on responsibilities within our repairs department.

To apply for this role you will pride yourself on your level of logical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail and with an innate passion for watches.

Experience in the technical field of Watchmaking would naturally be helpful while applicants in a watchmaker repairer CFC or equivalent role could be ideal. A basic computer knowledge and literacy in MS Office is considered to be an application strength.

Aspects that will see you daily workload include – the uncasing approved watches, the fitting of new gaskets, water resistance tests, and the cleaning of housings and components. The successful applicant will also need to be at ease performing straight forward diagnostic tests (case, bracelet, dial and movement).

A minimal level of administration is of course essential to keep your support departments fully informed thus enabling brand to optimise outward communications to clientele ever keen for prompt service and watch return.

Distance learning opportunities with the British Horological Institute, as well as training with our master watch makers in the Swiss headquarters is absolutely accessible and encouraged.

This is certainly an exciting opportunity for an individual to further their bench speciality within an established watch brand.

To apply please forward your CV for the attention of the team at Jolyon Marshall Limited
