Role Overview

The UK's leading manufacturer of luxury and bespoke furniture is looking to hire a Customer Services Supervisor to take ownership of the function and develop this area of the business.

The business has achieved 50% average growth over the last three years and prides themselves in the unmatched quality of fine British craftsmanship and outstanding service. With this in mind they are looking to hire an ambitious self-starter to lead the customer services team.

In this role you will work closely with customers and team members from all over the business, including; production, sales and merchandising to improve our customer's experience.

The ideal candidate will have previously been in a position where you have designed and implemented customer service processes to deliver the highest level of service to external clients.

Experience of customer service in the luxury sector is an advantage.

Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Outlook and Excel is an advantage.


Working in a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service by phone and in person.

Coordinate repairs, reworks and remake of our pieces.

Liaise with all areas of the business to ascertain the origin of customer service issues.

Maintaining B2B relationships throughout the course of interior design and construction projects
