Luxury London Fashion Brand with 50 years of style heritage and quality seeks an experienced International Sales/Marketing/Business Developer to drive forward global sales.The applicant should have experience of Retail and Licensing in an International Luxury market.The successful candidate will be professional, driven and commercially astute with a focus on sales growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build Retail/Wholesale/Online Sales. Generating revenue, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop Licensing and Collaborations.
  • Develop new territories and markets.
  • Develop and execute the Sales and Marketing Plans.
  • Provide strong leadership to Sales and Marketing team.
  • Champion the brand within the business through communication, culture and values.
  • Develop and deliver exemplary Customer Care. Build relationships with VIP Clients
  • Develop personalised customer propositions and marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver geographic Campaigns for online and offline marketing and personal shopping initiatives.
  • Research and implement opportunities, partnerships and alliances with a view to acquiring new business.
  • Lead development of direct mail, promotions, events and social media.
  • Ensure efficient deployment of people and resources within budgets.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments maintaining awareness of luxury market trends and competitors and apply to business.
  • Support brand and pricing strategies
  • Attend seasonal shows and collection presentations.
  • Protect company‚Äôs value by keeping information confidential.

Experience and Skills:

  • This is a senior role therefore excellent communication and strong financial sense essential. Well-spoken with excellent networking skills.
  • Strong client network within UK and International Luxury Fashion Market.
  • Good commercial experience gained in a luxury brand focused environment.
  • Passionate about Brand development/protection/positioning.
  • Experience of Licensing/concessions/own stores/e commerce.
  • In depth understanding of the global luxury market.
  • Self-Starter with good judgement and decision making skills.
  • Ability to react positively to the demands and pressures of a rapidly evolving company with pragmatism and a good sense of humour.
