We have an exciting new role with a world renowned beauty and skincare brand. They are looking for a dynamic Product Developer/Account Manager to manage the design and development of products in line with the customer requirements and manage the selling accounts

Main duties of this role will include:
  • To fully understand the customer profiles and developing appropriate product through the UK and Far East Design
  • Management of the development critical path
  • Working with the Category Manager to fully understand the market and analyse the potential strengths and weaknesses of each customer to maximise sales and opportunities.
  • Proactively sell, building on sound knowledge of the market and the competition activity and market trends
  • Establish a challenging yet achievable budget and maintain and build upon this through the management of the team and the relationship with the customer.
  • Ensure profitable sales are generated to ensure the long term future of the Company and to acquire new customers.
  • To build solid business relationships with the personnel in the relevant areas of each customer’s business.
  • To provide regular statistical information on all accounts as required, for the Board of Directors and Management Team
Person Requirements:
  • Experience working with major blue chip accounts ideally from the Beauty and Skincare sector
  • Experience working with FMCG
  • Used to working to tight deadlines
  • Experience with Critical path management
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail
