This is a great opportunity for a person with significant branded fashion industry experience to develop and build new licensee relationships for different product categories from apparel to eyewear.

Based in London the European Licensing Manager will be responsible for establishing, agreeing and implementing the strategies for business development across the different European countries.

Responsibilities will include negotiating contracts and renewals by territory, category and channel

Ensuring a consistent brand image with all the partners

Carrying out analysis on sales performance and introducing new processes to assist with increasing sales performance.

Closely monitoring sales performance and agreeing the best methods to support partners with marketing and sales activity

Working closely with the different business departments for design, product development, production and marketing.

Agreeing price architecture and integrated marketing plans

Attending trade shows and presenting new season collections

Keeping up to date with new market activities and recognising new business opportunities whilst monitoring the activities of the competition.

The Senior European Licensing Manager position will suit a person who has in depth Brand experience. This may have been gained with ladies men’s or children’s apparel or accessories. A strong Business development background is required along with the experience of establishing distribution and licensing partnerships for different product.  You will need to be a sales and brand focused person who is accustomed to building strong ongoing business relationships

Additional language skills will be beneficial for this position which will require regular travel.
