As Global Product Line Manager, you’ll be working closely with our Global Product Director to plan and develop a complex, segmented footwear range that meets the needs of the target consumer across all markets and that clearly differentiates FitFlop from both retail and wholesale competitors.
You’ll have an in depth understanding of the target consumer needs and market trends and deliver clear price guidelines to the multi-functional team to ensure FitFlop is competitive, offers the best price/value to the consumer, and internal financial objectives are met.
You'll come from a strong footwear buying and selection background and be able to thrive in a fast paced (and slightly chaotic at times) environment, seeing challenge as opportunity and flexing and adapting to change. You'll also be a great manager, developing not only an amazing range but your team as well.
