PAYROLL ASSISTANT – Retailer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll professional to join a fantastic retail business to support the Payroll Manager in all aspects of running the businesses payroll.
You will deal with existing and new employee records and process application forms, tax forms and PAYE forms as well as answer any pay queries from both internal and external parties.
Another part of your role is being responsible for maintaining data on their HR systems, completing reference requests, preparing contracts and processing payslips.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in payroll and will have managed the process from start to finish. Strong organisational skills are needed for this role as well as good communication skills; you will work in a fast paced environment so working in a similar environment would be advantageous.
