We are constantly evolving and expanding overseas, and currently there are in excess of 630 stores, across 39 markets throughout the world. Our International team manages the international franchise business to ensure that our international customers enjoy the same shopping experience as they would in the UK and to ensure that we drive profitability for Arcadia in our International markets.


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an International Credit Control Manager, reporting to the Head of International Finance, to manage the debt recovery and partner recharges of the international franchise operation across all Arcadia brands.


  • Deliver robust financial management and control of all international debt and partner recharges
  • Work with the accounts receivable team in Leeds to ensure efficient and timely processes
  • Conduct proactive forecasting and review of debt to ensure timely payment and prompt recovery
  • Support Franchise Partners in resolving debt queries
  • Liaise with Franchise partners to put in place appropriate Bank Guarantees and SBLCs
  • Ensure guarantee limits are adhered to and identify potential future concerns through forecasting
  • Issue and track ad-hoc contractual charges with our partners
  • Manage the partner recharge program including shopfit, retail operations and marketing charges
  • Manage and develop the Debt Recovery Finance Assistant
  • Support the international business team with regards to debt related partner issues
  • Develop strong working relationships across the business to ensure partner services are delivered
  • Control stock dispatches for ‘on hold’ partners
  • Monitor and control accounts receivable franchise balance sheets

  • An experienced credit controller with AR knowledge
  • Ideally a member of the Institute of Credit Management (Level 3 minimum)
  • Ability to create effective relationships with internal and external parties
  • Ability to liaise and present at a senior level
  • Ability to work to deadlines and be flexible to deal with changing business demands within a fast paced high growth environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills, along with a keen eye for detail
  • Highly motivated self-starter
