Head of CRM

An exciting opportunity for an analytical and talented Head of CRM to join established luxury brand.

The Head of CRM will be responsible for increasing customer retention and loyalty through innovative CRM strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the CRM team
  • Create and execute targeted customer retention programs which will increase loyalty and retention, increasing frequency and overall customer lifetime value
  • Develop an effective and engaging customer rewards scheme
  • Review data systems and develop a plan on how to extract, input and manipulate customer data in order to produce effective marketing campaigns
  • Develop and optimise email marketing strategies

Key skills required:

  • Proven experience of driving customer retention, email marketing and rewards initiatives
  • Excellent management experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced retail business
  • Extremely customer focused, with a good understanding of the luxury customer
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and liaise with senior stakeholders
