Primary Purpose:

The Retail Store Manager will lead operations in the new Luxury Concept Flagship Store in Milan. This role will support store teams to maximise productivity and profitability through team-building, staff development, goal attainment, and by ensuring compliance with all Brand standards. This role ensures effective communication and execution of the Brand's Retail concepts, leveraging strong stakeholder management and relationship building. The Store Manager will lead by example and provide feedback to their direct reports, resulting in more efficient, productive, and profitable Store that exceeds the Brand's service expectations. It is their role to protect the Brand Service environment by consistently making decisions that enhance the customer experience within the Retail location and with the Brand.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

*Take ownership and accountability for driving operational excellence in-store.
*Show leadership through role modelling the brand service behaviours and Brand selling standards
*Inspire store teams to meet and exceed performance standards
*Acts as mentor for store teams. Able to motivate others to achieve results
*Communicate effectively with senior managers, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners
*Develop plans to address key business issues, and utilise plans to impact business and achieve desired results
*Be able to influence others to gain support to achieve goals and complete projects
*Build, manage and maintain relationships with store's Retail team
*Demonstrate effective time management skills and remote team management techniques
*Recruit and develop store leaders, and handle employee relations matters with HR support

The accomplished individual will possess:

*Experience of working in Milan retail store environments
*A strong drive to deliver results
*Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
*Ability to communicate at varying levels within the organisation
*Ability to work flexibly and travel frequently to store locations to meet the needs of the business
*Previous experience working in a fast paced retail/luxury brand environment
*An entrepreneurial mind-set, ability to take initiative and react quickly to shifting priorities
