Our client, a successful and reputable womenswear supplier to the high street retailers are looking for a young, bright and dynamic fashion graduate to join their team as an Administrator. This is an exciting time for the business as they are growing and developing new key accounts. They are keen to find an Administrator who is motivate and hardworking to support the Key Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Account manager whilst they are out of the office in Sales / Account Meetings with full administration
  • Assisting account manager following customer meetings – ie, photographing garments, making copies of prints
  • Setting up costing templates as required by account manager, including requesting pattern costings from design room, fabric info from mills & CMTs from production
  • Raising fabric orders, ensuring all details accurate
  • Entering orders onto garment critical path & attending weekly meetings 
  • Being readily available to answer customer emails/phonecalls
  • Reviewing best/worst sellers in weekly internal meeting with sales team
  • Liaising with design team to ensure customer samples are made promptly & on time for sign-off meetings
  • Check labdip/strike-off/bulk submissions prior to sending to customer for approval
  • Garment sign-offs, ensuring trims/labels etc all correct for bulk prior to passing to production
  • Arranging food/drinks for customer meetings
  • Booking couriers & assisting answering the office phone
  • Update and setting job costings/FIGS following bulk production, ie, amending gradeline ratings & delivered qty
  • Sending out strike off engraving instructions to the mill
