C&A is looking for Merchandise Planner & Allocator (NOS Expert) (m/f) At C&A Buying we design, develop and source fashion clothing collections that are sold in over 1500 stores across 20 countries. C&A’s Merchandise & Allocators team is looking to expand their team with a Never Out of Stock (NOS) Expert within its European Head Office in Düsseldorf. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment and attain a high level of responsibility. What you’ll do Ensuring constant and sufficient availability and timely delivery of NOS products Supporting the build of the Pre-Season Plan for the assigned business units, governing the open-to-buy (OTB), conducting rigorous, objective and consistent in-season analysis to support in-season execution Analyse and suggest quantities and Turn Over (T/O) at style and option level  to reflect sell-throughs agreed and potential uplifts from windows, brochures and other marketing/promotional activities Ensure that all business KPI’s are met within the pre-season targets and define clear contingency plans for upside/downside risks Controlling the inventory usage of NOS to ensure the right allocation of inventory to the right stores, at the right time, in the right depth and in accordance with the OTB plans and parameters Manage rigorous, objective and consistent analysis of the daily performance of NOS and provide accurate forecast and proposals to execute the season What to bring A bachelor degree or equivalent qualification Over 5 years of experience in operational planning preferably in retai Strong numerical and analytical skills with a working knowledge of financial measurements Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point) Excellent English language skills and preferably a fluency in one more other languages Positive forward-looking mind-set What we offer A dynamic and fascinating job within a fast-paced international work environment.
