This fast paced + exciting department have an opening for a dynamic
email marketing manager

As part of the ecommerce team, you will have ownership of the brands email marketing function driving the success of the strategy

It's a great role where you will be executing the vision, strategy, usage, deployment and other success factors to drive the brands presence in the fashion market.

Working as part of a switched in team you will be Managing the email production schedule ensuring correct and timely delivery, maximising revenues and tactical campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation
*Own and deliver against the email budget
*Work collectively with the in-house creative teams and studio - creating emails which sell
*Work with partners on data and triggered emails
*Generate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to the email systems
*Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email
*Identify opportunities to build an automated email system/trigger/lifecycle and replenishment driven emails
*Create segmentation criteria and groups for our mailing data
*Capture new customers to drive the list growth and continue to drive email acquisition through all channels
*Build and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring high retention rate
*Ensure all email deliverability is faultless including monitoring feedback loop reporting, avoiding potential spam/blocks
*Ensure all designs are consistent with current branding guidelines, following all current email design best practices

You will be an experienced Email Marketing professional, ideally coming from a fast paced retail led background

You will have a proven track record managing email and direct marketing communications, creating and launching email campaigns
Combined with an Advanced knowledge of email marketing & Strong analytical skills, demonstrable data-driven approach and understanding
