Responsibilities for the Office Administrator will include:
Organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Greeting visitors, preparing sales meetings.
Maintaining office inventory, supplies and equipment purchase
Managing the incoming product samples and ensuring clear records of these are kept
Keeping the office and showroom environment tidy
Liaising with offices in other countries.
This is a great opportunity for an Showroom or Office Administrator who has gained at least 2-3 years industry experience
Fashion ideal but not essential
You will need to have good work ethics with a mature responsible attitude and be a person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Good IT skills and presentation are important for this position along with excellent administration ability
