Are you an experienced manager of a high turnover store/ department within a premium, service led brand? I am currently recruiting for London's leading department store in innovation and style for a department manager within their accessories department.
The role will entail managing a large team of staff, a large turnover in sales. The ideal candidates will previous have been exposed to:
Team succession planning
Worked within a KPI, target driven environment
Have a keen eye/ interest in fashion
Experience in a customer service led brand
Experience in strategic planning and implementing ideas
Exposure to senior management
Experience building relationships with senior management
The client can offer excellent succession planning the opportunity to work with buyers, merchandisers, social media managers and senior management to develop an exciting, core area of the business.
