Your new role
The company are expanding their team and are looking for someone to take on a full time role as entry level fulfilment /warehouse assistant. The role will involve packing and dispatch of orders, accepting and processing returns, sending items to shoot, stock taking and general organisation of the warehouse. They are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organized individual with a passion for fashion and sales. This role will report to the Fulfilment and Customer Care Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
Skills required include excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, computer literacy, and stock system experience. You will also need excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, be punctual and reliable, and have the ability to multitask. Previous experience in retail fashion is advantageous, as is the ability to speak another language. It's is a junior position, however any experience at all with online retail/ or retail is a plus, but the company is ideally looking for someone who is eager to work and be enthusiastic about learning and growing in the role.
