My client is looking for confident brand ambassadors who are passionate about sales and luxury service. With an incredible local client following, you will have a fantastic understanding of CRM with the ability to establish long term relationships with high network clients.
My client is a multi brand watch brand stocking the world's leading watch brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to a join a company that thrives on staff retention and training and development.
Passion for watches and detailed product knowledge is a must
Ability to sell luxury products and cross sell into other sales departments eg, jewellery
Excellent communication and report building skills
Eye for detail and excellent presentation of products
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to hit and exceed sales targets
Team player who is happy to help other staff and work towards store results and not afraid of hard work
The Ideal Candidate:
To be considered you must have at least 1 years luxury watches or fine jewellery
Be a strong brand ambassador,
Confident in driving sales and meeting KPI's,
Proven track record of sales excellence individually and within a team,
Ability to build and maintain client relationships is crucial.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills,
A strong team leader who inspires and leads by example.
Be able to work as part of team and alone,
Be commercially aware of new trends,
