We're looking for dynamic and driven Customer Service gurus to manage teams of up to 12 customer service agents. All queries are dealt with via email and live chat or social media.
Background needed is previous experience of managing a team and previous HR experience. All Team Leaders manage the HR processes; weekly reviews, setting objectives, appraisals, grievances, sickness and disciplinary process.

You will work shift patterns over 5 days (a 37.5 hour week) so flexibility is required.
