Responsible for driving analysis, implementing learning and sharing insights across the business. There is also a strong focus on driving customer growth and profitability online and in store.

The responsibilities of this role include:
*Managing CRM data and developing email strategy
*Overseeing the production of all creative communications
*Responsible for planning campaigns from start to finish
*Managing marketing budgets
*Managing agencies to ensure campaigns are fully optimised
*Driving SEO by developing relationships with bloggers
*Developing the affiliate strategy
