About the Head of Digital Acquisition role...
Reporting into the CMO and managing a team of performance and acquisition specialists you will lead the brand in terms of growth across performance and programmatic marketing including affiliates, retargeting, display, paid social and PPC.
You will drive marketing spend across PPC, SEO, display and affiliate activity to ensure optimal ROI
Lead and motivate a talented team who will deliver results
Be the expert on new technologies and media platforms to drive traffic
Drive forward the attribution model and ensure it is applied across the various web retail brands
Communicate and work alongside the Head of CRM, Design and other key stakeholders and external suppliers
You will have demonstrated marketing leadership in ecommerce & marketing strategy
Minimum 6-8 years experience managing digital marketing campaigns
Experienced manager who is comfortable managing a small but growing team
Analytical mindset and hungry for data and solutions
Proficiency in SQL is preferred and high level of Google Analytics is required
Strong influencing and relationship skills
