The Company: Our client is an award winning, manufacturing company who provide branded accessories that act as a marketing tool or on-trend, fashion accessory. Due to sustained growth they require an experienced and proactive sales manager to develop and implement strategies as well as being responsible for managing a selection of blue chip accounts. Your work will include managing a sales team of 3.

Sales Manager - The Role
*Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales and market information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
*Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
*Determine annual sales quotas for individuals; projecting expected sales volume; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition,
*Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and event-manage at trade fairs and consumer shows; developing field sales action plans.
*Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
*Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
*Provide information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
