Head of Multichannel Marketing

Exciting new Head of Multichannel Marketing role at an established high street retail brand!

The Head of Multichannel Marketing will develop a 360 marketing strategies in line with brand vision and wider brand objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a 360 marketing plan, covering all customer touch points, both online and offline
  • Use data to shape marketing activity and improve customer experience
  • Development and implementation of seasonal PR and advertising campaigns, events and direct marketing activity
  • Own marketing budget and ROI
  • Use insight to monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Team management

Key skills required:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
  • A track record of developing and delivering effective and engaging marketing strategy in a fast paced, retail environment
  • Team management experience
  • Experience of both digital and offline channels
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to lead and inspire
