Seeking a Regional IT Manager for this premium British Heritage Brand. Based in London, the Regional IT Manager reports directly to the Global IT Director and is the lead IT partner to the brand's management team for EMEA markets, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery for all technical services across the region. The Regional IT Manager is responsible for implementing, servicing and supporting all technology needs in line with corporate, and plays an integral part in the management and execution of all technical initiatives for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the EMEA regional technology service portfolio, and provide leadership for all aspects of the EMEA IT function including but not limited to ERP, e-Commerce, POS, CRM and other business applications, Infrastructure and Support Desk

* Understand the EMEA business and gather inputs from regional management, as contribution to develop and implement a regional IT strategy and plan that meets EMEA business needs

* Prioritise, manage and deliver EMEA IT projects and initiatives on-time and on-budget, with effective and efficient work relationship with all IT hardware, software and service providers

* Conduct periodic performance and KPI reviews with the service providers, prepare the regional IT performance dashboard and communicate with EMEA management and Global IT Director on a regular basis

* Collaborate with other IT leads and be a key contributing member of the Global IT Leadership team, actively identify opportunities for improving overall IT performance of the company

* Perform other strategic IT initiatives as assigned by the Global IT Director as needed

Key Requirements

* Degree (or equivalent) in IT or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing IT teams and leading IT project implementation for sizable MNC.

* Strong knowledge and experience in the retail, FMCG, and/or distribution industries in the EMEA region is essential.

* Strong vendor management and governance skills, and experienced in managing regional and global IT outsourcing vendors.

* Strong project management skills and understanding of project life-cycle from initiation to closure on multiple projects. An ITIL and/or PMP certification would be an advantage.

* Technical hands-on experience on SAP Business One, Salesforce/Demandware and POS systems would be an advantage.
