A highly successful company are looking for a Sourcing Co-ordinator to join their expanding team.
The Sourcing Co-ordinator’s responsibilities would include arranging bookings and delivery scheduling with suppliers, amending / updating as processes progresses, issue confirmation of order placements to suppliers and arrange and issue official order paperwork.
The Sourcing Co-ordinator would also manage Letter of Credit & contract letter paperwork and currency requirements as necessary, liaise closely with suppliers on order progression, updating the status report and expected delivery file.
You would also manage the critical path through all stages ensuring that the delivery schedule is adhered to, produce reports and attend team meetings.
The Sourcing Co-ordinator would report to the Production Manager. Applicants for this position must have excellent communication, organisational and admin skills.
Experience is a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
